The challenge

We are looking for an FX Dealer to join a leading global payments company, listed in the US, in its Prague office. The company already has an established presence in the Czech Republic and is in a strong growth phase across Europe, so this is a chance to join a business that is up and running and help take it to the next level.

As FX Dealer, you will:

• Manage and grow your own portfolio of corporate clients, covering their FX and hedging needs

• Advise clients on spot, forwards and derivatives solutions to manage currency risk

• Develop new business and open new accounts in the Czech market

• Build long term relationships with CFOs, treasurers and finance teams

• Work closely with the local team and the wider European sales and trading teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as an FX Dealer or in a similar role in banking or a payments / FX provider

• Your own client portfolio in the Czech market

• Solid knowledge of FX derivatives and hedging products

• Commercial mindset and a track record of meeting targets

• Fluent Czech and English

Nice to have

• Experience in a fast growing or international company

• Network among mid-sized and large corporates in the Czech Republic

• Background in economics, finance or international trade
